Rebate Claim Process:

1. Purchase qualifying Clopay® products from Consolidated Garage Doors between November 29, 2024 – February 28, 2025.
2. Complete the online claim form at rebates.clopaydoor.com, including a clear scan or digital image of the QR Code label, serial number, and the sales receipt.
3. Ensure that invoices are dated between November 29, 2024, and February 28, 2025, with the rebate submission deadline on May 31, 2025.
4. Once the purchase is verified, the consumer will receive their rebate within 6 to 8 weeks via a prepaid
   Mastercard or within 2 weeks if they elect the virtual card option and their claim is approved.
