I usually never mention great service when I receive it, but I wanted to let you know that your staff is to be commended. I purchased a replacement drive gear/sprocket assembly (503-41C4220) for my old Craftsman Garage Door Opener from your company.
Even though my opener is about 15 years old, your people found the correct part that I needed. Everybody I came in contact with, both on the phone and in person, was pleasant, polite, cheerful and very helpful. After purchasing the drive gear/sprocket assembly, I was pretty frustrated after several hours of knuckle busting to discover that the opener still refused to operate correctly. Turns out that the RPM sensor failed at the same time the old gear/sprocket wore out. After a brief phone call to your company, and a short drive into your shop, your manager found the correct replacement RPM Sensor board. Once I snapped it into place, everything worked perfectly. He was extremely helpful, and I wanted to tell you that you have a great staff of individuals representing you.
